State whether the bracelets are individual gifts, paired sets or part of a larger gift pack. Packaging availability and cost need confirmation.
CHARMOND develops business gift programs from 50 pieces per approved design, per color. Different wording cannot be combined to reach that minimum; color and size variants also need review. Production and transit must be planned against the confirmed specification, rather than assuming delivery by the holiday.

Share your event date early enough for artwork review, a physical sample, production and transit. The starting MOQ is 50 pieces for each approved design and color; different designs cannot be combined to reach that quantity.
Typical sampling is about 3 working days and typical bulk dispatch about 15 working days after artwork approval and payment. Special components, packaging and shipping may change the schedule and quotation.

Can we change the wording?
Yes. Send your original phrase or approved artwork for layout and production review before sampling.
Can designs share the MOQ?
The 50-piece starting quantity applies to each design. Separate designs cannot be mixed to meet 50 pieces.
Are the catalog photos a stock promise?
No. These are reference samples. Confirm the current production route, colors, dimensions, sample and delivery schedule for your order.
Order minimums and project timing
50 pieces per design, per color. This applies across our woven and embroidered bracelet styles, including customization on TW blank bases. A different name, number, wording, symbol or logo is a separate design. Each color of each design must meet its own 50-piece minimum; different designs or colors cannot be combined to reach it.
Example: 50 blue bracelets with one message plus 50 red bracelets with the same message is a 100-piece order. Two different names in one color also require 50 pieces of each name.
