2. Adapt an existing design
Review a logo, finish, stone or packaging change on a suitable existing style. Laser engraving, enamel and screen printing depend on the product material and available marking area. A stock MOQ does not automatically cover these changes.
3. Develop your own design
Send a reference and dimensions for a cutting, casting or hydraulic-press review. Standard production minimums are 100, 200 and 600 pieces respectively. Confirm quantity by design and any size, color or finish split in the quotation.
Using an existing mold generally avoids a new mold charge. New dedicated tooling is design-dependent; sample, revision, product, packaging and transport costs must be checked separately.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM jewelry manufacturing?
OEM normally starts from the buyer’s drawing, sample or defined specification. ODM adds supplier-led development from a reference, concept or market direction. A project may combine both approaches.
What is the MOQ for custom stainless steel jewelry?
MOQ depends on the production route. As a working guide, cutting may start around 100 pieces per design, casting at 200, and stamping or hydraulic processes around 600. Final MOQ is confirmed after reviewing the design and finish.
Can CHARMOND produce 316L stainless steel jewelry?
Yes, 316 and 316L can be discussed for suitable custom projects. Most ready-stock items use 304 stainless steel, with the actual minimum confirmed from material availability, construction and the production route.
What information is needed for an OEM / ODM quote?

Does stainless steel grade guarantee compliance?
No. Steel grade is only one part of a product specification. Market compliance depends on the complete product, coating, components and the applicable test method for the destination market.
