Can ready-stock jewelry complement our own designs?

Yes. CHARMOND helps established jewelry brands, retailers and wholesalers add existing styles alongside their own collections. You can fill assortment gaps or explore a new direction without developing every design from scratch.

Our ready-stock program covers 3,000+ styles, with approximately 150–200 new styles added monthly. These numbers describe the overall program, not the number shown on the website or availability of a particular SKU. Current options are checked before quotation.

Can we test styles with a smaller inventory commitment?

Yes. Available designs start from 1 piece, and sample and bulk orders are supported. Mix available styles and quantities for a trial assortment, then request repeat quantities using the same product codes. This lowers the initial purchase quantity; repeat availability is reconfirmed for each order.

Can you select products for our price target and customers?

Yes. Share your target unit price, destination market, sales channel, intended audience, design direction and quantities. We can narrow the catalog into a relevant selection instead of sending unsorted product images.

Many products are approximately US$2–8 per piece, while some designs cost more. This is an indicative range across the program, not a price for every item. Final prices, selling units, shipping and any requested testing or customization are confirmed in your quotation.

What material will the selected product use?

Stainless steel is the default material for the ready-stock catalog. Where the product image specifies a material or finish, that product-specific statement takes priority. We confirm any required steel grade, coating process and skin-contact components for the selected SKU rather than assuming that all designs are 304, 316, 316L or PVD coated.

Is 316 or 316L jewelry hypoallergenic?

316 and 316L contain nickel. Material studies report low nickel release for tested samples, but the grade alone does not prove that a finished item is nickel-free or suitable for every sensitive wearer. Product-specific material information and nickel-release evidence should support your purchasing decision.

Material background: British Stainless Steel Association. This reference is not a test report for CHARMOND products.

How do you check quality, and are reports available for every SKU?

Products receive a second quality inspection before dispatch. Buyer and third-party inspections can also be arranged by agreement. Test reports are not maintained for every SKU. Send the selected codes, destination market and required standard; we review documentation or arrange requested testing with the scope, cost and lead time agreed first.

How quickly can an available order dispatch?

Normal finished-stock dispatch is approximately 5–7 days after stock and order details are confirmed. International delivery time is separate. Logo work, special packing or testing requires its own confirmed schedule.

Can we add a logo or packaging?

Ask us to review the selected product and your branding brief. Logo position, process, minimum quantity, packaging requirements, price and timing are quoted separately. The 1-piece ready-stock starting quantity does not automatically apply to custom work.

From a buying brief to a practical first order

1. Share your direction

Send categories, market, target price, quantity and any product codes or material requirements.

2. Review a selection

Compare suitable designs and confirm selling units, current availability, specifications and quotation.

3. Confirm and dispatch

Agree order details, inspection and timing. After your trial, quote the same codes when requesting a reorder.

What should we check when ready-stock samples arrive?

Compare the received sample with the confirmed SKU, option and quotation before deciding on a larger order. Available finished-stock styles can start from 1 piece, so buyers can check a small selection before committing to more inventory. This is a review of an existing product; new shapes, tooling or other custom development require a separate review.

1. Match the item and option

Record the product code, selected color or finish, size, selling unit and quantity. Keep the quotation date or reference and a clear photo together. For earrings, confirm whether the quoted unit is one earring or a pair; do not infer this from a photo showing two pieces.

2. Check dimensions and fit

Compare the agreed dimensions and measurement points with the sample. Check necklace and bracelet length, extension, ring size or cuff fit as relevant. Chain length is not the same as wrist fit, and an open ring or cuff is not automatically adjustable. Ask us to clarify any missing size or adjustment instructions.

3. Review finish and function

Compare visible color, surface finish, assembly and components with the agreed reference. Check the clasp or closure and intended fastening method. Note any visible issue with the product code, a clear photo and a description of what differs, so we can review it against the agreed order details.

Does sample approval replace inspection or laboratory testing?

No. A visual or fit check of one sample does not certify the material grade, coating thickness, nickel release, waterproof performance or the whole shipment. Products receive a second quality inspection before dispatch. Buyer or third-party inspection can be arranged by agreement. Reports are not held for every SKU; any required laboratory test needs an agreed product scope, standard, cost and schedule.

What information should we keep for a repeat order?

Keep 6 reference fields together: product code; color or finish; size or configuration; selling unit; quotation reference; and the reviewed sample photo. Add your new required quantity and destination when requesting a reorder. A code alone may not identify the exact option you previously reviewed.

Can we reorder the same sample later?

Yes, you can request a repeat order using those references. We recheck current availability, available options, specifications, selling units, price and dispatch timing for each order. A previous sample purchase does not reserve stock or guarantee that the same option remains available. If the proposed configuration changes, review the differences and confirm whether a new sample is needed before ordering.

Normal finished-stock dispatch is approximately 5–7 days after availability and order details are confirmed; delivery transit time is separate. Additional testing, logo work or special packing follows its separately agreed schedule.

Ready to request samples or a reorder? Send the codes, chosen options, selling units, quantities and destination. For repeat orders, add the previous quotation reference and sample photos. We will confirm the current buying details before you place the order.
