The wording request
Exact band text: MOONLIGHT FEST. Send the spelling and capitalization you want. Adding a date or extra words needs a new layout review.
Make an original event message wearable. Plan woven color, embroidered wording and quantity for a concert, music festival or fan community, then approve artwork and a physical sample before production.

Example brief shown above: midnight navy with ivory edging band; exact wording MOONLIGHT FEST; two small gold stars beside the lettering. The upper bracelet is the proposed base without customer artwork; the lower bracelet shows the proposed customization. This is an AI illustration, not a finished customer order.
For a concert or festival, specify the event wording, city or date, palette and quantity for each version. One shared tour message and separate city editions require different quantity planning. Choose a TW base with enough contrast for the message; provide permission for any event or artist artwork. Review the layout first, then confirm readability and construction on a physical sample.
Choose a real base bracelet →MOONLIGHT FEST is a fictional event used to show how an exact wording and color brief can become a proposed bracelet layout. This example is not a customer order or a manufactured sample.

Midnight navy band, warm ivory lettering and gold star motifs. The image illustrates the intended contrast; actual thread colors and texture are checked on the sample.
Confirm band width, text size, star placement, adjustment and quantity per design. This is a keepsake concept; it does not establish ticketing, access-control or security functionality.
A tour keepsake, a festival souvenir and a fan-community gift need different wording and version planning. The directions below are proposed briefs. Existing product photos show construction references, and the fictional MOONLIGHT FEST illustration above is an AI design concept.
Use an authorized artist name, an original tour title or a short show message as the main band wording. Compare its length with the selected band width before adding a city, date or extra motif.
For several tour stops, choose between one shared tour design and separate city-and-date versions. List the quantity for each layout: different dates do not combine toward the 50-piece starting quantity per design.
Put a longer tour story or dedication on an optional card, subject to quotation.A short festival name and year can make a clear keepsake. Use the event palette with enough contrast for the lettering, then review any star, stage or music motif at the actual bracelet size.
For multiple editions or sponsor versions, identify the wording, colors and quantity of each. A full artist lineup or detailed weekend schedule is better proposed for a card or packaging insert than compressed onto the band.
These keepsake designs do not establish admission, RFID or access-control functionality.Choose your own fan-group name, a shared phrase or a short crew message. For a meetup gift, decide which words unite the group before adding individual names that create separate versions.
Tell us who will wear the bracelets and the required fit. If volunteers, crew and fans receive the same band, explain any separate packing or card requirements instead of creating extra artwork unnecessarily.
Supply artwork you own or have permission to reproduce; include usage details with the brief. For each layout, list the exact band wording, colors and quantity. Add any separate card or tag text, destination and the date the bracelets must arrive. Allow for artwork review, sample approval, production and shipping; the event date alone is not the dispatch deadline.

Send artwork you own or are authorized to use. We review its size and detail for the available woven or embroidered construction.
Yes, subject to artwork review. Each distinct design has its own 50-piece starting quantity and sampling decision.
The photographed bracelets are construction references. Custom event designs are developed for the brief, with final specifications confirmed at sampling.
50 pieces per design, per color. This applies across our woven and embroidered bracelet styles, including customization on TW blank bases. A different name, number, wording, symbol or logo is a separate design. Each color of each design must meet its own 50-piece minimum; different designs or colors cannot be combined to reach it.
Example: 50 blue bracelets with one message plus 50 red bracelets with the same message is a 100-piece order. Two different names in one color also require 50 pieces of each name.
Typical sampling: about 3 working days. Typical bulk dispatch: about 15 working days. These are general planning estimates for our styles, not guaranteed arrival dates.
