A large jersey number can be paired with a short name, or the name can be the main detail with a smaller number beside it. Send the exact spelling and number format, including any leading zero you want retained.
For senior-day gifts or a roster collection, prepare a version list with the name, number and quantity for each design. Different player layouts may require separate samples and minimums; a small total split across many players needs review before quotation.

Keep the occasion clear on the band
For a season opener, homecoming or a community flag-football event, choose a short event phrase, team name or season year. A long venue name, schedule or sponsor message can be proposed for a card or packaging insert, subject to quotation.
Identify whether the recipients are players, families, alumni or volunteers, and confirm the required fit. Tell us the date the bracelets must arrive, destination and packing needs so sampling, production and shipping can be planned together.

Names, crests and player identities of real professional or college teams require rights review and permission before production. An original fictional or community-team design is another option.

Can I add a real team crest?
Provide a usable logo file and documentation confirming the right to reproduce it. We will review detail and permission before accepting the artwork.
Can each bracelet have a different player?
Send the complete names and numbers with quantity for each version. Different artwork may require separate sampling and minimums.
Is the concept photo a product sample?
No. The concept image is AI-generated with the fictional player A. MORGAN 24 and an American football motif. Actual threadwork and artwork must be confirmed through a physical sample.
Order minimums and project timing
50 pieces per design, per color. This applies across our woven and embroidered bracelet styles, including customization on TW blank bases. A different name, number, wording, symbol or logo is a separate design. Each color of each design must meet its own 50-piece minimum; different designs or colors cannot be combined to reach it.
Example: 50 blue bracelets with one message plus 50 red bracelets with the same message is a 100-piece order. Two different names in one color also require 50 pieces of each name.
Typical sampling: about 3 working days. Typical bulk dispatch: about 15 working days. These are general planning estimates for our styles, not guaranteed arrival dates. We discuss the specific sample and delivery schedule with you during design review, especially for special construction, components, packaging or deadlines. Transit time is additional.
