Is this the necklace version or a loose pendant?

This selection is the necklace version and includes the chain and pendant. Use CM-PB001 when asking about the pendant-only configuration.

Can the loose-pendant dimensions be used for the whole necklace?

No. The companion pendant image has its own measurement labels. They do not establish the chain length or complete necklace weight; these are confirmed separately.

Can we request a month assortment rather than one color?

Yes. List the months and quantities you want to review. We check the corresponding options and stock before confirming a sample or bulk quotation.

Can we start with a sample or a small mixed order?

Available finished-stock styles in the ready-stock program can start from 1 piece. Send the selected code, option, selling unit and quantity. This page does not confirm live stock for this design; custom work has separately agreed conditions.

What inspection and test documents can we request?

Products receive a second quality inspection before dispatch. Buyer or third-party inspections can be arranged by agreement. Reports are not held for every SKU. Send the required product, market and test standard so scope, cost and timing can be reviewed.

When can a confirmed order dispatch, and how do we reorder?

Normal finished-stock dispatch is approximately 5–7 days after availability and order details are confirmed. Delivery transit is separate. For a repeat order, provide the code, option and previous reference; stock, specifications, price and timing are reconfirmed.

Is this design confirmed as 316L or hypoallergenic?

The selected references do not confirm a 316L grade or a product-specific skin-contact test report. Send CM-NB003 with your material specification, destination market and required test standard. We review the selected product and any available documents, then confirm the scope, cost and timing of additional testing. A stainless-steel label alone does not establish a hypoallergenic or nickel-free certification.
