Is the black face natural onyx?

The supplied reference establishes the black appearance, not its material. We confirm the face material for the selected SKU before using a gemstone description.

Are gold-tone and silver-tone versions both currently available?

Both are shown as design references. Current stock, finish specification and sizes are checked independently for the option you request.

What size information should we send?

List the required US sizes and quantities for each finish color. US 7–12 is the common program range, but this model’s exact size availability still needs confirmation.

Can we start with a sample or a small mixed order?

Available finished-stock styles in the ready-stock program can start from 1 piece. Send the selected code, option, selling unit and quantity. This page does not confirm live stock for this design; custom work has separately agreed conditions.

What inspection and test documents can we request?

Products receive a second quality inspection before dispatch. Buyer or third-party inspections can be arranged by agreement. Reports are not held for every SKU. Send the required product, market and test standard so scope, cost and timing can be reviewed.

When can a confirmed order dispatch, and how do we reorder?

Normal finished-stock dispatch is approximately 5–7 days after availability and order details are confirmed. Delivery transit is separate. For a repeat order, provide the code, option and previous reference; stock, specifications, price and timing are reconfirmed.
