Use the approved club name, season year or a concise club motto as the main wording. Ask for a crest layout only after supplying usable artwork. A small crest may need fewer details or a different placement to stay readable.
For a retail range, list each message and color version with its quantity. Choose one reference construction and review fit, thread contrast and packing before expanding the assortment.

A group nickname, original chant fragment or shared match-day phrase can create one design for the whole group. If you want a favorite player’s name and number, provide the exact spelling and the intended use for review.
Put individual dedications on separate gift cards when everyone uses the same bracelet. Different names or numbers on the bands create distinct designs and cannot be combined to reach the 50-piece starting quantity.

Construction reference
Start from a workable woven band.
CHARMOND’s ZM40 catalog includes football-themed embroidered polyester bands. The photographed catalog examples are references for construction, not approved artwork for a new order. An example band is about 2 cm wide and adjustable; final fit, weave and thread colors follow the approved sample.
Choose a short original phrase, team colors and a quantity per design. We then review legibility, band width, ties and optional personalized stainless steel end tags.

Send your preferred team name or authorized crest, player name and number, colors, quantity per version, destination and target arrival date. The starting MOQ is 50 pieces per approved design, per color. If names, numbers or colors vary, send the complete list so we can review each version and its minimum quantity.
Typical sampling is about 3 working days and typical bulk dispatch about 15 working days after artwork approval and payment. The final schedule depends on design, packing and transit.

Can I choose my favorite team name and colors?
Yes. Send the exact wording and color reference. A real team name or crest needs permission for its intended use; the approved drawing and physical sample determine the final result.
Can I add a favorite player’s name and number?
Send the exact name, number and intended use with rights information. Distinct player versions may need separate artwork review, samples and the starting 50-piece MOQ per approved design.
Can we use a famous team crest or competition logo?
Provide artwork and permission from the rights holder for a real team, league, player or sponsor identity. We review the material before confirming production. An original club or supporter design is also possible.
Order minimums and project timing
50 pieces per design, per color. This applies across our woven and embroidered bracelet styles, including customization on TW blank bases. A different name, number, wording, symbol or logo is a separate design. Each color of each design must meet its own 50-piece minimum; different designs or colors cannot be combined to reach it.
Example: 50 blue bracelets with one message plus 50 red bracelets with the same message is a 100-piece order. Two different names in one color also require 50 pieces of each name.
Typical sampling: about 3 working days. Typical bulk dispatch: about 15 working days. These are general planning estimates for our styles, not guaranteed arrival dates. We discuss the specific sample and delivery schedule with you during design review, especially for special construction, components, packaging or deadlines. Transit time is additional.
