The ZM35 catalog describes polyester embroidery with braided adjustment cords and tassel ends. The photo shows the band and tie construction; the catalog text supplies the adjustable circumference range.

Read the lettering and the construction together.
This separate catalog photograph shows several embroidered bands and an orange band laid flat. Compare the raised stitching with the base weave, then look at the braided cords, central adjustment and tassel ends.
For a custom design, mark the wording and motif positions on your artwork. Ask us to review letter spacing, contrast, reverse-side appearance and the adjustment range on the actual sample. Fine logo details may need simplifying for the chosen construction.
If you prefer a band without existing words or branding, choose a TW base as the starting reference. ZM35 photographs show finished catalog designs; they are not blank bases.

Custom order workflow
Send one clear design brief.
Provide the reference SKU, exact wording, artwork file, thread and band colors, size range, quantity per design, packaging, destination and needed arrival date. We review stitch feasibility and confirm details through artwork, sampling and a quotation.
For ZM35 custom programs, the quoted starting MOQ is 50 pieces per approved design, per color. Typical sampling is about 3 working days and typical bulk dispatch is about 15 working days after approval and payment. Timing and stock must be confirmed for the project.

50 pieces per design, per color. This applies across our woven and embroidered bracelet styles, including customization on TW blank bases. A different name, number, wording, symbol or logo is a separate design. Each color of each design must meet its own 50-piece minimum; different designs or colors cannot be combined to reach it.
Example: 50 blue bracelets with one message plus 50 red bracelets with the same message is a 100-piece order. Two different names in one color also require 50 pieces of each name.
Typical sampling: about 3 working days. Typical bulk dispatch: about 15 working days. These are general planning estimates for our styles, not guaranteed arrival dates. We discuss the specific sample and delivery schedule with you during design review, especially for special construction, components, packaging or deadlines. Transit time is additional.
