Confirmed packaging support

Keep packaging promises clear before production begins.

CHARMOND supports standard packing and can pack jewelry with approved customer-supplied brand materials. Product logo applications are handled separately through our jewelry logo methods service.

Product logo methods

Laser engraving, molded marks and metal logo tags are reviewed separately for the jewelry itself. View product logo methods →

Buyer-supplied cards and hangtags

Customers may send finished logo cards, barcode tags, care cards or hangtags. We coordinate quantity, SKU matching and packing position.

Standard bags and buyer-supplied pouches

Standard OPP bags are available for regular packing. Branded pouches or printed bags must be supplied by the customer as finished materials.

Standard boxes and buyer-supplied boxes

Non-logo standard jewelry boxes may be available. Custom logo boxes, inserts or printed sleeves must be supplied by the customer.

Packing with customer materials

Customers may send approved packaging to our factory. Quantities, dimensions, delivery address, arrival date and packing instructions must be confirmed in advance.

SKU and version separation

Different languages, colors, barcodes or market versions must be clearly mapped to the correct jewelry SKUs before packing.

Packing responsibility

Buyer-provided packaging needs clear packing instructions.

For buyer-supplied packaging, the customer provides finished packing materials and final instructions. We coordinate receipt, size checks and packing with the jewelry order.

What the buyer provides

Finished packaging, quantities by SKU, dimensions, barcode or label mapping, delivery timing and the final packing sequence.

What CHARMOND supports

Practical size and fit checks, delivery coordination, quantity confirmation and packing according to the approved instruction.

What is not included

We do not currently promise custom printing or production of customer-logo boxes, bags, cards or hangtags. Those finished items should be supplied by the customer.

Packing scope

Separate standard packing from buyer-supplied brand packaging.

Standard packing is selected according to product size and order needs. Buyer-supplied branded materials follow the customer’s own sourcing quantity and must arrive before the packing schedule is locked.

Buyer FAQ

Common packaging coordination questions.

Select a question to read the practical answer.

Is any packaging free?

The standard free packing method is an OPP bag. A standard jewelry box, when requested, is confirmed and quoted separately.

Can CHARMOND print my logo on packaging?

We do not currently present logo printing on boxes, bags, cards or hangtags as a confirmed service. Customers can send finished branded packaging for us to use.

Do I need to send AI or PDF artwork?

Not for finished buyer-supplied packaging. If you need a logo applied to the jewelry itself, please follow the artwork requirements in our product logo methods guide.

Do you make custom logo cards, bags or boxes?

We do not currently promise production of those branded packaging items. The buyer should source and provide them as finished materials.

Can I send my own packaging?

Yes. We need to coordinate quantity, dimensions, delivery timing, storage and packing instructions.

Can one box fit several jewelry styles?

Possibly, but the inner dimensions, insert and product protection must be checked against the actual pieces.

When should packaging be confirmed?

Preferably before bulk jewelry production is finalized, so buyer-supplied materials arrive before the packing date.

Is packaging included in the jewelry quotation?

Standard OPP packing can be included. Standard boxes or extra packing work are confirmed separately, while buyer-supplied branded materials are purchased and delivered by the buyer.
