50 pieces per design, per color. This applies across our woven and embroidered bracelet styles, including customization on TW blank bases. A different name, number, wording, symbol or logo is a separate design. Each color of each design must meet its own 50-piece minimum; different designs or colors cannot be combined to reach it.
Example: 50 blue bracelets with one message plus 50 red bracelets with the same message is a 100-piece order. Two different names in one color also require 50 pieces of each name.
Typical sampling: about 3 working days. Typical bulk dispatch: about 15 working days. These are general planning estimates for our styles, not guaranteed arrival dates. We discuss the specific sample and delivery schedule with you during design review, especially for special construction, components, packaging or deadlines. Transit time is additional.
Existing catalog photographs show design references. Confirm availability, final artwork, dimensions, components and the agreed schedule with your quotation and physical sample.

Which construction fits your design?
Start with what you want the wearer to see: the band pattern, an embroidered message or a separate engraved metal detail. A woven band can also carry embroidery and an optional steel tag, so these choices can be combined after design review.
For every option, confirm band width, wearable length, adjustment style and tie finish. A wider band may offer more room for artwork; the usable area and readability still need a layout check and physical sample.

Consider this direction when the band colors and repeating pattern are central to the design. Send a photographed reference, your palette and the pattern you want us to review. Confirm how the pattern will be made; the term “woven” alone does not specify the lettering technique.
Embroidered wording · make the message the focus
Consider this direction for a short phrase, name or motif on the band. The real SUPER MOM, I ♥ U and FOREVER examples above show existing lettering. Send exact spelling, capitalization and symbols. Fine outlines, longer wording and intricate logos may need simplification, spacing changes or a different width before sampling.
Optional stainless steel tag · separate the engraving
Consider a metal detail when you want initials, a short date or an approved logo engraved separately from the band message. Specify the tag wording as its own item. Shape, usable text area, finish and attachment need a separate quotation and physical sample confirmation.

Personalized woven bracelets with names, messages & logos
Plan personalized woven bracelets for your brand, event or gift program with a name, initials, a short message or a logo you are authorized to use. Start from a TW base or a real catalog reference and send the exact wording, colors and quantity for each version. The starting MOQ is 50 pieces per design, per color; different names or messages are separate designs.
A short name, a shared phrase and a team design need different amounts of space. We review lettering, contrast and placement through artwork and physical sampling. The examples below are proposed wording briefs; the real catalog photographs elsewhere on this page show existing finished designs.
A name or initials
Example brief: “EMMA” or “E + J”. Ask for a clear central name with contrasting band and thread colors. Send capitalization, punctuation and any symbols exactly as you want them to appear. Multiple names need a quantity for each version.
A message with meaning
Example brief: “ALWAYS WITH YOU”. Compare the full phrase with a shorter version before choosing the band width. Longer wording leaves less room for each letter at the same width. The real SUPER MOM sample above is a useful reference for a compact gift message.
A team name and number
Example brief: “HARBOR CITY” and “10”. This fictional example shows the information to include in a fan brief: exact name, number, colors and placement. For a real team crest or player identity, provide artwork and permission to reproduce it.
Before approving the design: check spelling, spacing, letter size, contrast and motif detail on the drawing, then check the actual threadwork on a physical sample. A screen image or AI concept does not confirm the production result.

Yes. Choose an available base and customize the artwork, colors and selected details.
Do you offer custom woven bracelets with no minimum?
Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces per design, per color. We do not offer a no-minimum custom production route. Send the quantity for each wording and color so we can review your bulk order.
Can different designs be mixed for MOQ?
The 50-piece starting quantity applies to each design and color. Designs cannot be mixed to reach 50 pieces.
Can every bracelet have a different name?
Send the full name list and quantity per name before quotation. Different wording is reviewed as separate artwork; do not assume 50 different names can share one 50-piece minimum. Sampling and minimums are confirmed for each version.
How do I plan a bulk order with two designs?
At the starting MOQ of 50 pieces per design, per color, 50 pieces of design A plus 50 of design B makes a 100-piece order. 25 of each does not meet the minimum. State quantities by wording, artwork and colorway so we can confirm the design grouping.
Does the 15-working-day estimate include delivery?
No. It is a typical bulk dispatch estimate after artwork approval and payment; transit time is additional. Share the required arrival date and destination so sampling, production, packaging and shipping can be planned together.
Is the tag always included?
No. Stainless steel tags are optional and specified with the design and quotation.
