These two customer projects show artwork display copies, photographed band samples, finishing details and batch preparation. Use them to discuss your own wording, palette and construction alongside the catalog references below.

Project 01 · Pastel lettering, tassels and logo tags

The pink V&B and blue AMOUR artwork sheets show the wording and color directions for this project. Their labels specify a 15.5 cm band length and 2 cm width; these are project-specific artwork dimensions, not a wrist circumference or a general production tolerance.

Customer-supplied artwork, prepared as display copies using AI-assisted removal of supplier and internal identifiers. These presentation images are not production approval drawings. Final specifications follow the agreed original artwork and physical sample.

Blue AMOUR and pink V&B bands combine contrasting white lettering with tassel ties. The finished bracelet photographs also show small round gold-tone logo tags. Band wording, the tie finish and a separate metal detail can be specified together in your brief.

For your version: send the exact band text, band and lettering colors, tie preference, and any separate tag artwork. Review the complete sample, including the reverse and attachment, before approving production.

Project 02 · Message bracelets, hand assembly and batch packing

This project includes pink and light-colored message bands with contrasting white or gold-tone lettering. The production photographs show cord and tie assembly, followed by groups of finished bracelets prepared in clear bags.

For your order: list each wording and colorway with its own quantity, then specify how the bracelets should be grouped and packed. Individual retail packaging and labeling are separate requirements to discuss.

Your mark on the band

SUN CLUB and the sun emblem are fictional artwork in the lower-right concept. For your own logo, send the artwork and preferred placement. Fine details may need simplifying for the chosen width and threadwork.

These are AI design proposals, not manufactured samples or proof that every TW base supports the illustrated embroidery. We review the selected band, construction, contrast, artwork and fit, then confirm the actual result through physical sampling. MOQ is reviewed for each design; changing names or logos creates separate artwork versions.

From the first brief to an approved sample.

Start with a photographed reference or your own concept. The steps below explain what to decide and what CHARMOND needs to check before a production quotation.

Select the base

Choose the TW series image and exact band number, or another catalog reference. Tell us the intended audience, width, fit, quantity per design and required arrival date.

02 · Design

Prepare the artwork

Share editable artwork or a clear image, preferred thread and band colors, and any logo or player name you are authorized to use. Letter size, stitch detail and placement are checked.

03 · Sample

Approve the details

Review the physical sample for wording, color, fit, tie finish and optional packaging. Confirm the final specification, quantity and dispatch schedule before bulk production.

Include the reference SKU or photo, exact words, artwork, band and thread colors, size range, quantity per design, destination, packaging and desired arrival date. For a team name, crest or player name, include the usage approval for the artwork.

Starting MOQ across woven and embroidered styles, including TW blank-base customization, is 50 pieces per approved design, per color. Typical sampling is about 3 working days and typical bulk dispatch is about 15 working days after approval and payment. Special construction and timing are discussed during design review; availability is confirmed in your quotation.

Order minimums and project timing

50 pieces per design, per color. This applies across our woven and embroidered bracelet styles, including customization on TW blank bases. A different name, number, wording, symbol or logo is a separate design. Each color of each design must meet its own 50-piece minimum; different designs or colors cannot be combined to reach it.

Example: 50 blue bracelets with one message plus 50 red bracelets with the same message is a 100-piece order. Two different names in one color also require 50 pieces of each name.

Typical sampling: about 3 working days. Typical bulk dispatch: about 15 working days. These are general planning estimates for our styles, not guaranteed arrival dates. We discuss the specific sample and delivery schedule with you during design review, especially for special construction, components, packaging or deadlines. Transit time is additional.
