Select the base material and suitable starting form. 304 is the mainstream ready-stock choice; 316/316L may require a higher production commitment.
Use stamping/forming, laser, CNC, casting or a mixed route according to geometry and scale.
Create holes, edges, relief, bends, threads or precision features while keeping assembly and finishing access in mind.
Prepare the surface, polish reachable areas, engrave/logo, set stones, add texture or assemble components.
For gold-tone products, apply the approved real 18K gold PVD vacuum-plated finish. Our typical gold layer specification is 0.03–0.06 μm.
Check appearance, function, component security, finish consistency and the agreed specification before packing.

Gold tone should not be treated as a simple “color.” The substrate condition, surface preparation, PVD vacuum plating system, geometry and final gold layer all affect the result.

Most ready-stock stainless steel fashion jewelry is commonly based on 304 because the material/component supply is broader. 316-family stainless steel improves chloride-pitting resistance, but a project may require higher MOQ and cost.
