Sample front and adjustment details

Phone photographs supplied for this project show the front message layout and the reverse adjustment knot. The two display images below use AI-assisted lighting and background retouching. Open the original photographs to check the unedited sample; the display edits are not production drawings or inspection evidence.

For your own brief, specify the main phrase, symbol and smaller reference line separately. Review the connection and adjustment using the actual sample. Appearance in these photographs does not establish metal grade, coating process, cord fiber, dimensions or the usable wrist range.

Wrist photograph and separate AI concept

The wrist photograph below shows a physical bracelet in wear, with AI-assisted background editing to blur the computer desktop. The separately labeled AI image is a design concept; it is not evidence of another manufactured sample or finish.

What to specify for your project: exact text and symbols, the line arrangement on the bar, cord direction, connection at each end and the intended wrist fit. Confirm the metal specification, cord material, dimensions and adjustment on the physical sample.

Build Your Bracelet Around Six Decisions

01 · Cord material and construction

Explore waxed cord, nylon cord and braided leather directions. Confirm material, construction and diameter for the selected sample. Braiding describes a structure; the underlying material is a separate choice.

02 · Cord color

Choose a photographed color reference or send your target color. Review material and color together. Approve a physical sample before production.

03 · Stainless steel centerpiece

Develop a slim bar, round detail, geometric shape or custom outline. Specify dimensions, curvature, threading holes and finish. The cord connection is part of the design review.

04 · Logo and end tags

Add lettering to a suitable metal surface or review a small branded tag near the cord ends. Artwork space, attachment and readability determine the layout.

05 · Decorative elements

Review a single stone bead, partial bead section, metal spacers or a charm. Confirm stone type, bead and hole size, and acceptable natural variation through samples.

06 · Size and adjustment

Specify wrist size, finished length and adjustment range. Sliding knots, adjustable structures and fixed-length closures need to suit the selected cord and metal parts.

Photographed Waxed Cord Color References

Use these photographs to narrow your color direction. Describe a color and its position in the chart when contacting us. Material, diameter, availability and final color are confirmed through a physical sample. Headers and surrounding background are blurred with AI-assisted editing. Use these display references to discuss color; approve the actual cord sample before production.

Product Directions to Review

Cord with a metal bar

A focused direction for a brand name, short message or minimal centerpiece. Confirm dimensions, edge finish, hole positions and engraving placement.

Custom shaped centerpiece

A silhouette or symbol can become the main detail. Thin features and small openings may need adjustment before sampling.

Branded end tag

Confirm whether the tag hangs freely, sits on the cord or forms part of the closure.

Stone and bead details

Review bead weight, spacing, cord clearance and the complete sample appearance.

Material and Finish Decisions

Share any requirement for 304, 316 or 316L stainless steel and your target market. Natural steel and PVD finish directions are reviewed for the chosen part. Water, sweat, abrasion and colorfastness expectations should be stated in the brief. Performance depends on the complete bracelet.

MOQ Depends on What You Are Changing

An existing suitable product with laser logo engraving may be reviewed from 50 pieces. A new metal shape, tooling or production process follows a separate MOQ and cost review. The 50-piece route does not apply automatically to every custom bracelet.

Confirm design, color split and quantity before quotation. Sample cost and timing depend on the development work required.

From Reference to Approved Sample

  1. Send reference, estimated quantity and target market.
  2. Review cord, color, construction, artwork and fit.
  3. Confirm quotation and sampling scope.
  4. Inspect the physical sample and approve measurable details.
  5. Confirm production, inspection and packing requirements.

Small Details to Settle Before Sampling

A useful bracelet brief connects appearance with assembly and fit. Include these details even when the starting point is a simple reference photograph.

Turn Sample Approval into a Production Reference

Agree a dated specification and approved physical sample before bulk production. Record the component dimensions and tolerances, cord specification and color reference, finish, artwork placement, size definition, adjustment limits, tail lengths and packaging requirements.

For any functional checks, agree the method and acceptance criteria first. A later change to the cord, metal connection, bead or closure needs review against the approved configuration. Keep a record of approved changes rather than relying on an earlier reference photo.

Questions Before Sampling

Can I customize the metal shape?

A custom shape can be reviewed. Dimensions, detail limits, connection points and process determine feasibility and MOQ.

Can I choose a brand color?

Send a target color or reference. Matching is reviewed for the selected cord; final approval uses a physical sample.

Can my logo go on an end tag?

We review tag size, engraving area and attachment. Fine lettering may need a simpler layout.

Can I add natural stones?

Confirm stone type, size and quality using samples. Natural stones vary in color and pattern.

What should I send for a quotation?

Reference, quantity, cord direction and color, centerpiece dimensions, logo file, wrist size and target market. Include testing and packing requirements.
