18K Real-Gold PVD Plating

Gold finishes use real 18K gold PVD vacuum plating rather than a simple gold-color coating, with a typical thickness of 0.03–0.06 μm. Thickness, color target and test requirements are confirmed per order.

MOQ

Quantity depends on the manufacturing route: cutting starts from 100 pcs, casting typically requires 200–300 pcs depending on the style, and hydraulic-press designs start from 600 pcs. Ring size assortment and finish are confirmed after engineering review.

Sampling

Timing is confirmed after size, dimensions, stone setting, engraving and finish are reviewed. Tooling and color matching may extend development.

Lead Time

Production timing depends on order volume, size breakdown, tooling, component sourcing, plating, packaging and approved variations.

Price Drivers

Material grade, weight, width, structure, stones, plating specification, engraving, packaging and order volume shape the quotation.

Which ring sizing standard should I provide?

Share the target market and the exact standard used, such as US size, EU circumference or inner diameter in millimeters. Include a physical sample or measurement chart when possible so conversions can be checked before tooling.

Can one design be produced in multiple sizes?

Yes. The feasible size range and MOQ depend on the manufacturing method, mold structure, stone layout and finish. A size breakdown is required for quotation and production planning.

Can you develop spinner or moving rings?

Yes, subject to engineering review. Moving parts require suitable clearance, assembly control and function checks. Custom mechanisms may require tooling and a higher MOQ.

Can you add stones, engraving and a private-label logo?

Yes. Stone type, size, setting method, engraving depth, artwork, logo position and surface finish are reviewed together because they influence tooling and production sequence.

Can you guarantee nickel-free or hypoallergenic performance?

Such claims should be supported by finished-product testing for the destination market. Material grade alone does not replace nickel, chromium or lead-release testing.
