Material availability, tooling, process, variants, stone setting, finish, packaging and approval requirements determine the commercially realistic MOQ, development route, timing and unit cost. As practical process-based guidance, cutting designs may start around 100 pcs, simple casting around 200–300 pcs, and hydraulic-press jewelry starting from 600 pcs. Our engineers confirm the actual MOQ after reviewing the design drawing.
We do not publish one universal MOQ or lead time. Ready-stock 304 styles and a dedicated 316/316L custom component are different sourcing projects. We confirm actual numbers after the specification is clear.The more existing supply and processes can be reused, the more flexible the commercial starting point tends to be.

Repeated changes to dimensions, materials, stone layouts, plating or packaging restart part of the development process. The fastest route is not “rush the factory”; it is remove ambiguity before production.
