WHAT PRIVATE LABEL MEANS

More than placing a logo on an existing product.

A private label project can begin with an available style, a modified reference, or an original design. The development route determines the engineering work, tooling, sample timing, production method and realistic MOQ.

Start with the commercial goal.
Share the product reference, target price, market, quantity, finish and branding requirements. We translate that information into a practical specification before sampling or mass production.CHARMOND stainless steel jewelry collection for private label development
THREE DEVELOPMENT ROUTES

Choose the right level of customization.

The most efficient route depends on how much of the product structure already exists and which details must be exclusive to your brand.

Route 01

Available style + branding

Begin with an existing or commercially available structure and define the brand-facing details.

  • Logo, tag or laser detail
  • Selected finish and color
  • Stone or component options
  • Packaging coordination
Route 02

Modified private label style

Adapt a reference through size, components, surface treatment, stones or construction details.

  • Reference review
  • Engineering feasibility
  • Sample approval
  • Dedicated order specification
Route 03

Original custom development

Translate a sketch, drawing or concept into a manufacturable jewelry specification.

  • CAD or technical clarification
  • Tooling and process planning
  • Prototype or sample
  • Controlled mass production

PRIVATE LABEL WORKFLOW

From brand brief to repeat order.

01

Share the brief

Send references, quantity, market, target price, finish, stones, logo and packaging needs.

02

Define the route

We assess available components, manufacturing method, engineering work and realistic MOQ.

03

Confirm specification

Align dimensions, materials, finish, branding, packaging and approval criteria.

04

Develop the sample

Prepare and review the sample or prototype before mass-production approval.

05

Control production

Coordinate sourcing, production and incoming, in-process and final inspection.

06

Release & reorder

Check packing and shipment release, then retain the approved project basis for repeat orders.

PROCESS-BASED MOQ

MOQ follows the manufacturing route—not one universal promise.

Final quantity is confirmed after engineering reviews the actual design.

Cutting100 pcs+

Suitable for selected flat, geometric, letter, tag and outline-based designs.

Casting200–300 pcs

Typically used for more dimensional forms; the exact requirement depends on the style.

Hydraulic pressing600 pcs+

Used for suitable formed designs where tooling and stable production volume are required.

CHARMOND jewelry quality control inspectionQUALITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Your approved sample and specification become the project reference.

Inspection may include materials, components, stones, workmanship, appearance, dimensions, function, plating and packing according to the approved sample or order specification.

Customer drawings, branding details and project-specific reports are handled as confidential project information. Testing standards, laboratory scope, cost and timing must be confirmed for the specific order and destination market.
BUYER FAQ

Private label questions buyers ask before starting.

Can I add my logo to an existing style?

Logo, laser, engraving or tag options can be reviewed against the construction, available area, minimum legibility and order quantity.

Can you copy a reference exactly?

A reference helps communicate the direction, but ownership, construction, tooling and manufacturability must be reviewed. We do not promise an exact copy before engineering evaluation.

Can I customize packaging?

Packaging coordination can be discussed as part of the project. The structure, artwork, supplier route, quantity, budget and timing need confirmation. Read the packaging and private-label support guide →

Do all private label styles share one MOQ?

No. Cutting starts from 100 pieces, casting typically requires 200–300 pieces depending on the style, and hydraulic pressing starts from 600 pieces.

Can I select stones and finishes?

CZ, birthstones, natural stones, polishing, brushed finishes and selected PVD colors can be reviewed according to availability and the approved specification.

Is a test report included automatically?

No. Testing is project-specific and depends on the actual product, destination market, buyer requirement, cost and timing.

How do you protect my project?

Customer drawings, branding information, order specifications and customer-owned reports are not shared with unrelated buyers without authorization.

What should I send for a quotation?

Send the product reference, dimensions, materials, finish, branding, packaging, quantity, destination market, target timing and any required standard.
