OUR ROLE

An integrated trading and manufacturing partner—not a generic catalogue seller.

We help translate sketches, reference products and target prices into practical specifications, then coordinate sampling, materials, finishes, packaging, production, inspection, delivery and repeat-order support.

Important transparency: the manufacturing route, internal equipment and any specialized production partner involved depend on the actual design. We confirm the practical route during engineering review instead of presenting every process as universally in-house.CHARMOND jewelry quality control and inspection
CONFIRMED EQUIPMENT

Core equipment supporting daily production.

Equipment counts describe the current manufacturing operation and should be considered together with design complexity, tooling and production scheduling.

10

Welding units

Support selected assembly and joining work according to product construction.

2

Cutting units

Support selected cutting-based forms, outlines, tags and geometric structures.

1

Forming unit

Supports suitable formed components and production routes after engineering review.

1

Laser unit

Supports selected laser marking, logo and detail applications within practical limits.

PROJECT CAPABILITIES

What CHARMOND coordinates across a jewelry project.

Development

Concept to specification

Review sketches, references, dimensions, target prices, intended market, materials, stones and construction before selecting the process.

Sampling

Prototype and approval

Coordinate CAD or technical clarification where needed, then prepare the sample basis for finish, dimensions and workmanship approval.

Customization

Brand-facing details

Review engraving, laser marking, tags, CZ, birthstones, natural stones, high polish, brushed finishes, real-gold PVD colors and packaging.

Production

Sourcing and manufacturing

Coordinate materials, components, tooling, production route, schedule and the approved order specification.

Quality control

Inspection against the reference

Use the approved sample and order specification to check relevant materials, workmanship, function, finish and packing.

Continuity

Delivery and repeat orders

Support shipment release and retain the agreed project basis for commercially consistent repeat orders.

FOUR QUALITY GATES

Quality control is a sequence—not one final glance.

01

Incoming check

Review relevant materials, components, stones and received parts before they enter production.

02

In-process inspection

Monitor workmanship, assembly, appearance, dimensions or functional details during production.

03

Final inspection

Compare the finished jewelry with the approved sample and order specification.

04

Shipment release

Confirm the agreed packing and release conditions before shipment proceeds.

Stainless steel jewelry materials and finish reviewWHAT MAY BE CHECKED

Inspection criteria follow the actual product.

A necklace, ring, earring and stone-set bracelet do not share an identical inspection list. The approved sample and specification define what matters.

Typical areas may include materials and components, stones, workmanship, surface appearance, dimensions, function, real-gold PVD finish and packing. Formal laboratory testing is separate from ordinary factory inspection and must be agreed for the specific order.

QC RESPONSIBILITY MATRIX

Factory inspection and laboratory evidence are not the same thing.

Control areaTypical factory reviewWhen additional evidence may be needed
Materials & componentsCheck received parts against the project specification and visible requirements.Material verification may be arranged if specifically required.
WorkmanshipCheck assembly, edges, polishing, stone setting and visible defects.Special acceptance criteria should be defined before production.
Dimensions & functionCheck agreed dimensions, fit, closure, movement or other functional details.Buyer tolerances or measurement methods must be agreed where critical.
Surface finishCompare polish, brushed texture, PVD color and appearance with the approved reference.Coating measurement or performance evaluation must be scoped separately.
Restricted substancesNot proven by ordinary visual factory inspection.Project-specific laboratory testing may be required by the market or buyer.
PackingCheck the agreed product presentation, quantity and packing specification.Retailer-specific drop, transport or packaging standards require separate confirmation.
BUYER FAQ

Questions buyers should ask about a jewelry factory.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

CHARMOND operates as an integrated trading and manufacturing company, coordinating development, sourcing, production and QC around the approved project.

Is every process completed with your own machines?

Not necessarily. The practical route depends on the design. We disclose and coordinate the appropriate internal or specialized production route during project review.

What is your company history?

Shenzhen Juezhimeng Jewelry Co., Ltd. was established in 2025, building on a jewelry manufacturing operation that began in 2012 in Chang’an, Dongguan.

What does final inspection cover?

The checklist depends on the item and may include workmanship, appearance, dimensions, function, surface finish and packing against the approved reference.

Does factory QC replace a compliance test?

No. Factory inspection and third-party laboratory testing answer different questions. Testing must be agreed for the specific product, market and requirement.

Can you support a small market test?

Process-based MOQ applies: cutting starts from 100 pieces, casting typically requires 200–300 depending on style, and hydraulic pressing starts from 600.

How are repeat orders controlled?

The approved sample, specification, finish, components and packing requirements become the commercial project reference.

What should a buyer send first?

Send drawings or references, dimensions, quantity, target price, materials, finish, stones, market, timeline, branding, packaging and required evidence.
